Welcome to Fairfax Poodles™,  a creative universe for floofy people and their opinionated dogs and where floof follows function.

Fairfax Poodles started as a way to share the everyday adventures of life with my two poodles, Phoebe and Phoenix. What began as a playful corner of the internet quickly evolved into something much bigger.

After the birth of my daughter, I found myself reading Shel Silverstein and Dr. Seuss aloud every day and feeling deeply inspired to create a world of my own. A character universe that blended storytelling, design, and architecture, rooted in the things I love most.

As I began sketching ideas for a children’s book series, I realized something was missing from the market: beautiful, design-forward products not just for dogs, but for the people who love them. There were plenty of accessories for our floofs, but very little that spoke to the aesthetic and spirit of floofy families themselves.

So I started there.

Fairfax Poodles is a creative studio at the intersection of design, storytelling, and everyday joy. With a background in architecture and a lifelong love for character design, my goal is to build a universe that celebrates poodles, playfulness, and good design, from illustrated books to beautifully crafted goods.

Our first collection launches August 29 with enamel pins, totes, caps, and stickers. But that’s just the beginning.

🐩 Who Are Phoebe & Phoenix?

Meet our real-life muses, the floofy forces behind it all.

Phoebe is the classic first child: always watching, always judging, always ready to impress. She’s elegant, eager to learn, and low-key a professional counter surfer when no one’s looking. She knows the rules… she just selectively follows them.

Phoenix is our parvo survivor with a dramatic streak. She’s the pickiest eater you’ll ever meet (and will let you know if dinner wasn’t up to her standards). She startles easily, leaps into your lap at the sound of one firework. Also known to walk on two legs when she spots another dog across the street...because drama.

Together, they’re the heart of Fairfax Poodles and the inspiration behind a universe that celebrates the small, soulful, slightly chaotic parts of life.

Fairfax Poodles is a character-driven universe built for big imaginations and floofy families.

We’re creating a world where kids and grownups can fall in love with charming characters, whimsical stories, and playful design. Our books (in the works!) are inspired by architecture, storytelling, and the beautiful chaos of everyday life with dogs and children.

But this isn’t just for the little ones.

We’re also a lifestyle brand for poodle people and design-forward pawrents, because we deserve well-made, stylish things too. From enamel pins to totes to caps, our first collection is designed to bring joy, spark conversation, and make you say: floof yeah.
