Refund policy

We want you to love your Fairfax Poodles purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@fairfaxpoodles.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, stickers, pins, and other small accessories are final sale.

Limited-edition or custom items may not be eligible for return, but please reach out if you have any issues, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
